The aim of the article was to analyze the role of projects and their management in increasing investments in international businesses from a scientific, theoretical and practical perspective. It can be noted that businesses are facing increasingly high competition in terms of attracting local and foreign investments in a rapidly globalizing international economic environment. One of the most important factors in supporting the strategic development, high innovation and sustainable competitiveness of an enterprise is its ability to attract local and foreign investments and use them with maximum efficiency. This article examines in more depth how project management ensures the long-term profitability of businesses both locally and internationally and how it facilitates the process of attracting investments. One of the main factors ensuring the sustainable and sustainable development of businesses in modern times is the purposeful, planned organization of investment-oriented project management.
