Abstract

In the modern era of rapid global trade development, the optimization of logistics costs has become one of the strategic factors determining the international competitiveness of both enterprises and national economies. The development of an efficient and effective logistics system within the national economy directly affects the operations, management, and financial performance of enterprises. The strategic location of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a primary transit hub between European and Asian transportation corridors offers a natural advantage for freight transport and logistics nodes, particularly with increasing trade opportunities as part of international supply chains.
