THE RELEVANCE OF INCENTIVE MECHANISMS IN THE FIELD OF STRENGTHENING SCIENTIFIC POTENTIAL, INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVES IN THIS AREA

Abstract

In this article have been researched the relevance of incentive mechanisms in the field of strengthening scientific potential, international experience and development perspectives in this area. In the introductory part of the article, the relevance of encouraging of science and creating favorable conditions for scientific research activities is substantiated. It is emphasized that the development of science in each country in accordance with the requirements of the modern era is one of the most important conditions for sustainable socio-economic development of that country.  At the same time, measures necessary to be implemented in terms of further improvement of those mechanisms are shown, and a number of suggestions, opinions and considerations are expressed in this direction.  Keywords: scientific potential, incentive mechanisms, international experience, education, publication activity, scientific development, stimulation of scientific activity, tax benefits
