COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE STATE BUDGET OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN FOR 2024 AND 2025

This paper presents a comparative analysis of the key indicators of the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the years 2024 and 2025. It focuses on structural changes in revenues and 
expenditures, the ratio between capital and current spending, and the share of socially-oriented expenditures. The findings reveal an increasing contribution of the non-oil sector in 2025, alongside 
a notable rise in allocations to defense and social security, reflecting a shift in fiscal priorities towards sustainable and inclusive development.
